Our standard deep drawing press ranges in tonnage from 50 to 1000 tons, features compact and intuitive design, function with either single action or double action deep drawing process. Heavy duty 4-post and stress-relieved frame body are extremely rigid and minimum deflection to provide perfect rigidity and durability. Well-forged and precise-polished heavy-duty cylinder remain highly reliable when machine running at the high load condition.

1. Easy Maintenance: The whole machine according to different functional modes, designed into a modular structure, easy disassembly, general fault can be viewed directly through the touch screen, easy maintenance.;

2. 500 ton deep drawing hydraulic press hydraulic cylinder is made of alloy cast steel and it’s inner surface is finely grinded for life under high pressure;

3. Four columns are made of alloy steel with high tensile resistance and finely grinded and electro-plated with hard chrome;

4. Servo intelligent patent control system, do not useless work, the oil temperature is not easy to increase, and there is no negative pressure in the oil system, a greater reduction of failure, prolong the service life of hydraulic components, electrical appliances with automatic fault alarm function and one-button reset function;

5. The frame adopts the frame structure of the whole machine, and the slider adopts precision guide rails to run.

The slider is designed with a long guide and equipped with a slider balancing device to ensure precise and stable operation. All anti-wear components are automatically lubricated by electronic timing system.
